As a pioneer in the local pizza scene, Eric believed that a great meal started with fresh ingredients and a personal touch—values that remain the heartbeat of our kitchen today.

We choose to stay "old-fashioned" where it counts: shredding our own cheese blends and sourcing local vegetables to ensure every topping is as fresh as possible.

The soul of our kitchen is our secret pizza sauce. This recipe has been passed through the family, carefully guarded and strictly followed to ensure consistency. By using only the finest California tomatoes and a specific blend of herbs and spices, we maintain the exact flavor profile that was first introduced over 50 years ago.
